Terms of Service

CTAP is a non-custodial software system. It does not hold funds, manage wallets, perform payment processing, or act as a financial intermediary. All transactions occur directly between users and merchants on the underlying blockchain network, independent of CTAP.

Any fees associated with CTAP are technology usage fees for access to software components, not financial service charges. CTAP does not guarantee blockchain network performance, uptime, or transaction outcomes.
